Who am I?
I’m Sanna — born in Sweden, living in Canada since 2007.
Somewhere along the way, I noticed something: back home, everyone hangs a reflective tag on their jacket, backpack or stroller year-round — especially when it gets dark early. It’s just what you do.
In Canada, hardly anyone had heard of them.
So I started True Reflective — bringing a little piece of that everyday practicality to Canada. I began with my own Toronto-designed reflective tags, like Northern Love and True North, alongside favourites from our collaboration with Swedish Glimmis.
A small tag can make a surprisingly big difference: quality reflective gear can help you be seen from up to 125 metres away, compared with around 25 metres without it.
Our reflective products are made in Sweden and CE certified — quality I’m proud to put my name on.
Since then, True Reflective has grown beyond reflective gear into a small collection of practical, thoughtfully designed things for everyday life — including card holders, totes and other useful little finds.
The common thread is simple: Scandinavian practicality, a little personality, and products made to actually be used.
